Healthy Chocolate Chip Almond Cookies


1 cup Almond Butter
3/4 cup Stevia
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3 oz. dark chocolate broken into small pieces

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the first five ingredients until blended. Stir in Chocolate.
3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful’s on to parchment lined baking sheets.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Let cool on baking sheets for five minutes. Remove to a wire rack and let cool for 15 more minutes.
