Simple Quinoa Stuffing

quinoa stuffingINGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked Quinoa (Still warm)
3 stalks of celery
2 carrots
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries

PREPARATION

Chop the carrots and celery and combine with the Quinoa (while still warm). Stir in the dried cranberries and serve!

OPTIONAL – For more of a comfort food, add to a casserole and cook at 350 for 25 minutes.
