2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon chives
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper to taste
- Remove seeds and ribs from jalapenos and chop finely, add to a medium bowl.
- Chop garlic clove and herbs finely and add to the jalapenos.
- Add Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl. Combine all the ingredients together and serve with veggies (Celery, Broccoli, Tomato).
