Rainbow Chicken Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients (Salad):

2 cups mixed greens
2 cups baby spinach
Chopped tomato
1/2 avocado sliced
Corn
Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Ingredients(Dressing):

  • 1 teaspoon EV olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
