Meet the Coach

April is a NPC National Bikini Competitor. April holds a B.Sc in Computer Information Systems. She is currently a Engineering graduate student at Harvard University. This certified TRX instructor, Bikini Competitor and USAV Volleyball player is known for her transformation from new mom to International Bikini Competitor. April, a  Postpartum Weight loss and Bodybuilding Success Story knows firsthand the challenges of juggling a family and busy career with a healthy lifestyle. April has competed Regionally, Nationally and Internationally. She works with all new competitors one on one to make sure they are prepared to bring their best package to the stage.

Competition Coaching Package Includes

Each and every one of my clients receives unique and personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. I also educate our clients on the importance of healthy nutrition, proper technique of weight training, motivation and discipline. I set up all of my clients for success.

Based on your current physique, you will need 16, 12, or 8 weeks of prep.  Contest Prep Package Includes Custom Contest Training Program, Custom Contest Nutrition Program, Contest Supplement Plan, Weekly Communication, Posing Guidance, Hair/Makeup/Jewelry and Suit Guidance as well as Show Day Support.

What Is Included?

• Advice on Proper Suit (based on body type)

Weekly Communication

• There will be communication with April via Email
• You will send weekly or bi-weekly progress pictures via email

One Week Preparation

• Detailed One Week Out Nutrition Plan
